Privacy policy

Partija is an online card game. We keep the data we need to run your account and keep games fair, and nothing more. We do not sell your data.
What we store
- Account: username, avatar, friend code, coins, rating, statistics and achievements. With Sign in with Apple or Google we store the anonymous user identifier Apple or Google gives us. If you set a password we store only a salted hash.
- Device: a random identifier created by the app. We keep only a hash of it, to protect guest accounts and to stop multi-accounting and bonus abuse.
- Games: the moves of every game, reaction times and results, to settle games, show your history and detect cheating.
- Social: friends, blocks, game invites, messages and table chat you send, and reports you file.
- Purchases: for coin packs we store the App Store or Google Play order id, product and date. Payment is handled by Apple or Google; we never see your payment details.
- Technical: the IP address of requests, kept with your device record for fraud prevention.
Rewarded videos
Free coins for watching a video are provided by Google AdMob. Google may process device identifiers, IP address and ad interactions to deliver and measure ads. In the EU and UK you are asked for consent first and can change your choice any time in Settings, Ad privacy choices. We only receive a confirmation that a video was watched to the end.
Why we use it
To run the game and your account, to keep games fair (anti-cheat and fraud prevention), to moderate abuse and to fix problems. Legal bases: performance of the service and our legitimate interest in fair play; consent for personalised ads.
Who can see what
Other players see your username, avatar, rating and, unless you turn it off, your online status. We use hosting providers in the EU. Apple and Google process purchases in their stores, and Google processes rewarded videos, as described above. Nobody else receives your data.
Keeping and deleting
You can delete your account any time in Settings (how: delete your account). We then remove your username, credentials, device links, friends, messages, coins, achievements and social data. Game and tournament records may remain under a deleted account label so other players' statistics stay correct; we clear stored IP and device details from your game participation. Records about serious cheating can be kept for up to 12 months. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion, and you can object to processing. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
